ドバイからの帰国第一段目報告といたしましては、CITYSCAPEの話題です。
10月6日から9日まで開催されるCITYSCAPEはドバイ不動産の展示会なのです。
Cityscape Dubai 2008, in its 7th year, is the largest business-to-business real estate investment and development event in the world.
Cityscape Dubai attracts regional and international investors, property developers, governmental and development authorities, leading architects, designers, consultants and all senior professionals involved in the property industry. It provides an annual forum that celebrates the very best in real estate, architecture, urban planning and design from around the world.
Cityscape Dubai 2007 welcomed 51,855 professionals from 136 countries. 849 exhibitors showcased their projects and services on 74,240 sqm of exhibition space.
まあ、世界でもっともホットな不動産市場であるドバイの一番ホットなお祭りがこのCITYSCAPEでして、
一昨日までの視察でも「もうすぐCITYSCAPEがあるから、そこで不動産価格がぐっとあがるよ。ラマダンの今が買い時だよ」というのが宣伝文句。
宣伝だけではなく、ラマダン明けには商いも活発になるのでしょうね。
